Danielle Calas, Psy.D earned a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology from Argosy University-San Diego in 2012, and a Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2019. She completed her pre-doctoral internship and post-doctoral fellowship with the Wisconsin Department of Corrections at Waupun Correctional Institute and the Wisconsin Resource Center. She became a licensed clinical psychologist in 2020. Dr. Calas is currently employed at Mendota Mental Health Institute performing competency evaluations, competency restoration services, psychological testing, and individual therapy. Dr. Calas also contracts with The Department of Veteran Affairs conducting trauma informed psychodiagnostic evaluations for combat related benefits. She specializes in clinical and forensic consultation, psychodiagnostic evolution, and forensic evaluations including competency, criminal responsibility, emergency detention, and protective placement.
